ABOUT US

Akolytos was founded in 2025 by Chad McKelvey, Ethan Dawe, Jason McCullars, and Josh Patterson with a singular burden: to support missionaries, pastors, and churches located in the hardest-to-reach places on earth. What began as a series of trips to the jungles of Peru quickly turned into a calling to go deeper—to serve where the gospel is least accessible and spiritual poverty is most profound.

Our current focus is equipping churches deep in the jungles of South America. We provide resources, training, and encouragement to indigenous pastors and believers so that they can continue the work of evangelism and discipleship in their own communities.
